These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Xpress Cars LTD ("Xpress Cars", "we", "us", or "our"), a car wash and garage business based in Nakuru, Kenya. By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide car wash, vehicle detailing, garage/mechanical, carpet cleaning, and related services, including recurring subscription "wash plans". Service availability, scope, and turnaround times may vary and are described at the point of booking.

2. Accounts

To book certain services you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Bookings, Orders & Pricing

Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and shown before you confirm an order. We may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Where a service depends on vehicle condition, size, or distance, the final price may reflect those factors as disclosed at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via M-Pesa and other methods we make available. Some services offer a "pay later" option, in which case payment falls due as communicated to you. You authorise us to charge or request the applicable amount for services you book.

5. Subscriptions (Wash Plans)

Wash plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel in accordance with the plan terms; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund periods already served unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service and its status at the time of the request. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle or items before a service and for disclosing any pre-existing damage or special handling requirements. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpress Cars LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
